On a bright summer’s morning, four strangers were paired together by chance in a fourball. What began as a simple round of golf soon blossomed into something extraordinary. Their shared love for the game, the laughter between shots, and the camaraderie on the course planted the green shoots of what would become the Kings of Swing Golf Club (KOS).
Fueled by friendship, fun, and a passion for golf, this chance encounter grew into a movement. Within months, the club grew across a few provinces in South Africa — a testament to the founding principles of inclusivity, fellowship, and community upliftment. Today, KOS continues to grow, uniting golfers who believe that every swing can create joy on the course and impact off it.

As a social golf club, Kings of Swing (KOS) proudly operates across South Africa with branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth. While our members hail from diverse provinces and backgrounds, we are united by a shared purpose and a common understanding of what KOS stands for.
Inclusivity is at the heart of our identity. We cut across racial, religious, and cultural divides, functioning as an integrated social group where friendship, respect, and camaraderie thrive.
One of the highlights of our calendar is the Annual National Golf Tour, where all branches of KOS gather at a Golf Course to represent their regions and compete for national pride to be the KOS Team of the Year. These tours are more than just tournaments — they are celebrations of unity in diversity, showcasing the spirit of KOS and reinforcing that we are stronger together.
